You can't call anything

You can't call anything below 60" a home cinema. It's a television.

What Consitutes a "screen" here ?

This is not clear - I've assumed that projectors (the only real home cinema, IMHO) are included and thus I voted in the 60inch + category.

It depends...

...on the distance you sit from the device... Take a look to THX recommendations, 50" at 2 meters (1080 content) it's not bad at all as a cinema experience...

A home cinema without a projector is not a home cinema

Same here, voted 60+ as I own a projector.
I'd imagine most/all people voting 60+ are projector owners.

What about a 90" and over option?

I voted 60" because I have a projector. I don't even know the diagonal size as it's 2.35:1 format and thus measured in terms of width, but I'm sure it's over 60" . :)
