You can't call anything
filmsthinbloke (not verified) - 10 November 2009 - 10:00amYou can't call anything below 60" a home cinema. It's a television.
What Consitutes a "screen" here ?
UllswaterBound (not verified) - 13 November 2009 - 12:22pmHi
This is not clear - I've assumed that projectors (the only real home cinema, IMHO) are included and thus I voted in the 60inch + category.
It depends...
Antonio Monje (not verified) - 16 November 2009 - 8:34pm...on the distance you sit from the device... Take a look to THX recommendations, 50" at 2 meters (1080 content) it's not bad at all as a cinema experience...
A home cinema without a projector is not a home cinema
Alan Smithee (not verified) - 27 November 2009 - 11:21pmSame here, voted 60+ as I own a projector.
I'd imagine most/all people voting 60+ are projector owners.
What about a 90" and over option?
KelvinS1965 - 22 December 2009 - 4:51pmI voted 60" because I have a projector. I don't even know the diagonal size as it's 2.35:1 format and thus measured in terms of width, but I'm sure it's over 60" . :)
