There’s nothing guaranteed to put Home Cinema Choice on edge more than a gimmick. Long experience suggests that where there’s a fancy-sounding but ultimately shallow feature on a bit of AV gear, it’s more often than not disguising a lack of quality in fundamental performance areas.
And I’m thoroughly ‘edged up’ by LG’s 47LG7000. Instead of just talking up its size and picture quality, as you’d expect with a TV sitting near the top of LG’s product range, the brand instead feels the need to ‘wow’ consumers by bigging up the model’s Bluetooth functionality…
