Sharp has unveiled a spectacular LED TV wall display solution. The screen is made from multiples of the brand’s Full LED-backlit PN-V601 60in professional LCD monitor, and can be configured for any size requirements.

The incompatibility of 3D glasses between TV brands is seen as a significant stumbling block in the take-up of domestic 3D. Not being able to take your own 3D spex around to watch sports or a movie with a friend who has a different brand of 3DTV makes little sense to anyone.

LG has followed Korean rival Samsung and issued a health warning for its debut line of 3DTVs. The first sets shipping in Korea sport a warning that children under 5 should have only limited access to 3D content, as it is potentially damaging to young eyes.
